About This Mod

Added a dialog option for some food vendors, allowing players to "order food" to quench thirst and hunger just as a doctor quenches radiation.

= Overview.

It's a very simple mod that adds a dialog option to some food stalls. This option allows players to "order food" that quenches thirst and hunger in the same way that a doctor quenches radiation. Dialog is based on vanilla dialog. By default, the cost of food is 65 capsules, but you can change it using the mode configuration file. Some sellers offer a 25% discount depending on reputation and other factors.


Players can purchase food from the following vendors:

Trudy (discount if she's loved by Goodsprings)

Ruby Nash (discount if Primm prefers her)

Chef Boomer (can only order discounted food if he likes Boomer)

Lacey from the Mojave outpost

Col. Faber at Camp McCurran (NCR credit required).

Samuel and Michelle at Trade Point 188

Ike in Boulder City

Streep Street Vendor (if Streep likes you, you get a discount)

The bartender at the Tops

A food seller at the Ultralux (get a discount if you catch Huck Gunderson and complete the Beef Quest)

Etienne at the West Side Cooperative

Fitz, "Grub "n"Gulp".

Genaro in Freeside (food discounted, but player gets RD)

Alice McBride, Alice McBride (Novak gets a discount if he likes it)

Jas Wilkins of Sloane

Siri (must be on good terms with the Legion and will sell at a discount)

Knight Torres (offers a discount if favored by the Brotherhood / needs permission to trade with BoS).



The mod also has built-in support for pauses in TTW and Rebuild the Capital mods.


Needless to say, this mod is designed for hardcore modders.
