About This Mod
The Thorn Overhauled is a comprehensive reworking of the lighting, atmosphere and layout of the New Vegas underground arena, designed to better realize its potential while remaining true to Obsidian's vision.
Annotation.
The murmur of bloodthirsty crowds reaches every corner of the Wasteland. The Mafia is waiting for you, stranger. It's time for bloodshed. This is Thorne, where the strong make their name for themselves and the weak fall into the clutches of hell.
The Thorn on Vanilla New Vegas falls short. The lighting is dim and one-dimensional, the corridors are gloomy and untidy, and the doors are double. In general, it is a strange and ugly area that can scare those who come here for the first time. The Thorn Overhauled is a visual reworking of the infamous underground Wasteland Arena. All changes and additions are 100% laura-like to create an experience that easily fits into the base game.
Improved and extended lighting
A richer atmosphere: swirling fog, rising smoke, drifting dust.
Improved geometric detail: debris, machinery, and debris.
The floor of the arena is stained with blood, bones and other debris from the battlefield.
For example, cells are made of scrap metal, not pre-war architecture.
The red and blue team areas in the arena are now clearly marked.
All doors are now marked and marked.
Fixed holes in level geometry, unsuccessful battles with Z and other errors.
Fully compatible with the classic moburma80's New Vegas Uncut 4 game - A Thorny Situation.
Installation.
1. Open the Programme Files folder (x86).
Drag the TheThornOverhauled.esm file to the Fallout New Vegas Data folder.
Fallout: New Vegas in the Data Files section of the launcher, check the TheThornOverhauled.esm file.
4. start Fallout: New Vegas.
