About This Mod
I changed the texture of an 87 MB map of normals and other oddities in normals (resaved as dxt5 or resized). The largest texture in the New Vegas fashion catalog was taken from Weapon Enhancement Pack - NV, and it looked strange: it was a normal 87 MB map. Anyway, I resaved it and resized it, so now it's a 10MB normal map with a 5MB weapon texture. Given that WEP was installed in 2016 and has not been updated since then, I don't think it will be fixed. Download it here: Weapon Enhancement Pack - NV in Fallout New Vegas - fashion and community and make sure you also get the Fallout 3 version! Please re-record the original WEP - NV.
