About This Mod
Comment I've always liked monster mods in games. I think that enemy types, even visual ones, are very important and often ignored by developers, so it's always nice to see the fashion community make up for this shortcoming. Often, however, these fashions included creatures that did not quite fit into the world and history. For example, T-800 and geckos with LMG. Fortunately, users often modified these fashions to fit the plot, as was the case with Monster Mod - Wasteland Edition. This mod has been a staple in my download queue for years. However... Tragedy! Disheartened! Despair! For some reason, Monster Mod - Wasteland Edition was recently removed from Nexus. I don't know why, but it was very disturbing. So I turned all my energies to ...... and took on the leviathan task of renaming some GECK records by repeatedly pressing the .delete key! I know the skills are huge. But I have succeeded, and I hope it will be useful to others. In addition to explaining my Herculean task, as you may have guessed, I removed from Monster Mod and Monster Mod - Additions creatures that I believe could disrupt immersion, and renamed some creatures with names that disrupt immersion, making sure that there were preserved creatures from the story of Fallout that appear in the film, and creatures that seem plausible in the legend. For example, coyotes and teleported dogs are found everywhere, as are teleported cougars. And until nobody complained about cats, Fallout 2 has a quest called "Hugs" and a man with a pet cat, and in 4 cats are found all over the Federation. Each .rar file contains a list of changes that have been made. It describes creatures that have been deleted, renamed, and left unchanged. WARNING: Some creatures in this fashion are very hard to find. This is because everything about spawn sucks and does not depend on the level of the player. This makes them a little tricky, but you can still play with them if you play smart. In the future, I may make a version where the spawn will depend on the level of the player. Note: If you set it in the middle of the game, give a few days for the appearance of new creatures. Compatibility If the creature level list has not changed, it must be compatible. If you are using a different creature mod, please patch Bashed.
