About This Mod
After testing legate Lanius's speech at the end of the game, he leaves rather than flees in fear. A very simple mod that simply causes legate Lanius not to "always run" after the player convinces him to give up attacking Hoover Dam.
The reason it looked so ridiculous in a vanilla game is because Lanius has an insane speed, so when he runs, it seems like he's running away from the player, which isn't very convenient from the legend's point of view. Lanius even claims to be giving the West as a tactical solution to keep the East going.
