bgrunge's AngelArm moves to Fo3 and adds ISA.

I'm a big fan of Trigun. And I decided to make a port of weapons out of Fo3. The 357 cartridges can be produced on the stand.
It is now completely modified. No problems occurred. I still had to remove the casings. The sleeves did not move out of their original position. If they are not angled, they do not fit the :P gun
