About This Mod

Change Clothes - Options (OutfitsReColorChangeClothes.esp)
Some NPCs randomly change their clothes every three days (30%)
and added leveling items. Thus, you can find new outfits in every store, with raiders and bandits (rarely).
Store Only - Optional (OutfitsReColorNV.esp)
Spring general store. You can buy all the goods in it.
