Fallout 76 Russian localization fix

Modified Russian localization version 1.7.10.12 archive

In order not to face the problem of the inability to launch the typical "Nuclear Winter" or similar mods in the future as a result of checking the repacked archive of SeventySix - Localisation.ba2, apply the changes and original files from the server as follows:

1. 1. Create the "Strings" folder in the installed game folder.

2. 2. Download the archive via the link and place the contents of the archive in the folder where the game is installed.

3. 3. 3. Add the following line to the Fallout76.ini text file (yellow marker file) in the folder where the game is installed:

[Archive]

...

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS, TERRAIN, TEXTURES.

...

4. Copy the added Fallout76.ini file from the installed games folder to the c:³ Users³ Documents³ My Games³ Fallout76 folder.

5. Start the client and use it.
