About This Mod

What makes this mod:


There are two new sets of step sounds:



"_modjc_HighHeelsSound" is normal


"_modjc_HighHeelsSoundClicky" is more "clickable"; it can irritate :P



The "Clicky" option has already been applied to sparkling and red dresses, and the normal option has been added to the rest of the vanilla heels. Maud also adds two rings - "HHRing" and "HHRingClicky" - so you can use HHSound on the outfits you want. The mod works for NPC.



How to get HHRings:


1. Open the console (`)


2. Enter "help HHRing 0".


3. Now you should have the IDs of two rings: "HHRing" and "HHRingClicky".


4. Enter "player.additem ID of the ring you want 1" (1 is the number).

How to add it to your fashion:


If you want to add heel sounds to another mod without using rings, it's pretty simple.


Using FO4Edit, load the ESP armor to which you add a sound, and make sure you have downloaded and ESP sound.


Right-click on the ESP name on the left side, select Add Master (for this to work, HHFootSteps.ESP must be higher in the boot order).


Open HHFootSteps.ESP and find the Footsteps set submenu, open it and click on Sound or Clicky, depending on what you need. Locate the form ID string and double-click where the text "highheelssound" is located, and copy the text in the resulting window to the clipboard.


Open the Armour Addon addon, find the armor you want to add a sound to, and find the SNDD section - by default it will be "Default Footstep Set", right-click and select edit, then paste the text you copied to the clipboard from the previous step, so it will say something like _modjc_HighHeelsSoundClicky [FSTS:0100455E].


Close the X in the corner, remember to save, it is recommended to tick the backup.


Profit.


(Sounds can be added using CK (crashing kit) and in skyrim, so probably also in FO4).
