Main Menu Substitute - Glowing Sea Radstorm
About This Mod
A simple title screen substitute with the only survivor in X-01's heavy armor standing during a rainy shower in the Luminous Sea.
Music - "The Brotherhood of Steel / Metallic Monks" from Fallout 1.
Installation:
1.) Move, rename, or backup the file "MainMenuLoop.bk2" in \Fallout 4\Data\Video (optional if you are using Mod Organizer).
2.) Unzip files to the main Fallout 4 folder or use your preferred mod manager.
3.) Follow the steps in How to Enable Fallout 4 Modes. Alternatively, you can use Bilago's Fallout 4 Configuration Tool.
NOTE: The game will play the default sound the first time you start it. Restart it and it will download new audio from then on.

Version 2 changes:
- Recording new video with FRAPS with RGB enabled lossless to ensure the highest possible quality. Cropped the video on Adobe Premiere Pro and encoded up to 100 Mbps. When converted to Bink video, the encoding was 50 Mbps. The final file size is 239 MB.
- The assault rifle was replaced with a minigan.
- Music playback speed increased slightly (~3%) to keep audio and video synchronized between loops.
- Rotate the minigan at the beginning and end of the video to keep the animation synchronized between video cycles.
- Slightly changed the orientation of the camera to make visible the glare from the flashlight lens.
- Improved some graphics options (mainly shadow quality and AA).
