About This Mod
What is it?
First of all... It's not really "mod." This is a set of console commands placed in a .bat file.
All these console commands already exist in vanilla game, just so the user will be easier to enter them.
It changes the GR Grid value from 64 to 12.
Changes the scale of GR from 1.0 to .8.
Changes GR MaxCascade from 2 to 1.
Why use it?
Ultra/high quality godray presets look great, but work terribly on almost all systems, while low/medium quality presets work great, but give low quality, block godray.
These tweaks provide a middle ground when the cross rays operate at roughly the same level as low/medium quality, but also reduce block strength.
What's the catch?
When light rays pass through narrow spaces, flickering can occur.
Like all other performance modes, each system will be affected differently.
There's no guarantee it'll work for you.
