Luminous animals emit light
About This Mod
Nuka World Patch Uploaded!
This mod simply attaches a light source to each luminous variant of the animal, causing them to emit light. The size of the animal determines the radius and intensity of light, so the claws of death glow brighter than ghouls, which glow brighter than cockroaches, etc.
This also corrects the situation with glowing hippos and glowing mutant hounds that did not have a real glow map. A luminous hippopotamus also has a radiation disguise, as do all other luminous variants.
Compatibility:
This mod will conflict with all the mods that alter luminous mutant hounds and luminous hippos. If you download this mod first and then the other one, you will lose the glow, but save your edits from the other mod. For the Far Harbor add-on, the same applies to the luminous angler.
If you're using Super Mutant Redux, the only conflict is the glowing hippos. I recommend downloading this mod after that to minimize problems. No patch is required.
Known Issues:
Molerates still don't work for some reason.
New glow maps are still not finished.
Oswald will be added if I can make it work.
Now there are versions that affect only Death Claws and/or Ghouls. You can use them together if you want.
For full effect I highly recommend Darker Nights and Interiors Enhanced.
It is inspired by Glowing Ghouls mods from FO3 and FNV, but thanks to the engine update it can now be done without scripts. 100% safe to remove.
