About This Mod
I didn't like the military paint provided by Bethesda and decided to make my own. There are currently two versions: a stand-alone version that adds a new color scheme to the power armor station, and a replacement version that simply replaces the existing textures. The T-series suits are based on the white-labeled olive tree. This was typical of the US military in the 1950’s in real life, and it seems that the game of the pre-war US Army was one of that, too. X-01 has slightly different skin as they were made after the war by Enclave for Enclave's army (called the Ministry of Army). So it is brownish green to better mask up in the barren post-war world, and the markings are black, because it is more visible in the background. Despite the differences in appearance, the standalone version has exactly the same statistics as the T series. USMC Skins For the T-series costumes, USMC skins are also available. They are basically the same as the army, and the autonomous versions have the same statuses as the army ones. Replacements replace Hot Rod Flames for all costumes. Insulated skins Like the USMC skins, insulated skins are designed for the T-series, and the standalone versions have the same stats as the Army skins. Autonomous suits have the following effects: - Each piece has +25 ballistic damage resistance and +50 hit points - Wearing a full suit gives the same STR bonus as standard military paint - However the pieces are a little heavier to balance this. (If you think the balance can be adjusted a little, please leave a comment) - It doesn't require ingredients at the moment, but if people really want it to cost resources, I'll try to add it if I think of how. - Parts will be prefixed with "Military".
Replacement In the following armor, these textures will be replaced by T-45 Army - Hot Rod Pink T-51 Army - No Material Mod - Titanium Plating - Explosive Shielding - Lead Plating - Prism Shielding T-60 Army - Hot Rod Pink X-01 DotA - Hot Rod Pink USMC - will replace Hot Rod Flames with T-45, T-51 and T-60 Winterized - will replace Hot Rod Shark with T-45, T-51 and T-60
