About This Mod
Adds "Pepper Drop" chemistry to the chemical craft station under drugs. Chemistry resets all perks, including SPECIAL, and returns all perk points, as well as SPECIAL and Bobblehead SPECIAL stats in the form of perk points. If you have more than 10 SPECIAL, it will return you 10, but it will return all SPECIAL that have been picked up.
Give it 5 seconds to complete after taking, I added a lot of waiting functions, because the perks are a lot.
