About This Mod
I wanted to build a pagoda, but I was lazy, so here's an empty island on which you can build your own house (or tiny settlement) with waterfalls, torii (Japanese gate) and pink/peach/red cherry trees.
IMPORTANT:
If you can't build anything because, according to the game, first you need to get rid of enemies, switch the mode of God (~tgm), and then hold [V]. Thank you!
INSTALLATION:
Use NMM or drag and drop files into SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Fallout/Data.
