The author of the translation: IruilThis mod adds to Fallout 4 Degtyarev handgun in two versions (regular and "Chainsaw") and a lot of modifications. When the mod launches, the machine gun is automatically included in the list of levels of the game. Starting at player level 25 (a Chainsaw machine gun will be available from level 40), they will appear with random modifications in shooters, arms dealers and in the loot of the game world.

9 sights, 7 beds, 5 muzzle nozzles, 5 barrel variants, 4 barrels, 3 pistol grip variants, 2 handles variants, 6 magazines, 3 trigger variants, 2 lights, 2 tactical units (laser and lamp), 1 teat piece, 1 laser.
Known issues.
Animation glues in PA from the third person. The laser nozzle on the chainsaw machine gun sinks down at an angle when viewed from the third person, but works perfectly when viewed from the first person.
