About This Mod

Craft Vertiberds. No affiliation is required. It is possible to build through the workshop of the settlement, it will be in a special section (the same place where the artillery workshop and the workshop of robots appear) No requirements for construction, except for materials. You DO NOT need to be in the fraternity or any other faction to build.

Now there are four additional files:

Select ONE add-on depending on which faction you want. These add-ons redesign the game so that:

#1: vertibird fast travel unlocked at start/default.

#2: vertibird signal grenades can be manufactured at the chemical plant in the "Grenades" section.

#3: depending on which faction you want, your new vertibird that will fly after you will either

BOS (standard), Minutemen, Railroad, or Institute.

UPDATE 1.4:

TWO VERSIONS ARE AVAILABLE:


Major Update - Cargo - AI - The DLC01 version adds the ability to trade/store inventory.

DLC01 (autotron) required

corrects collision error (hopefully).


To do this, I added "artificial intelligence" to the vertibird, which uses data from the DLC "Automatron" to make you

so that you have a dialog for trading. I used a beep to keep the vertibird from chatting to you or disrupting the game's immersion.

In my view, this is feasible for diving, because the vertibird is already autopilot, so the presence of AI makes sense. Please ignore the option

Just ignore everything except the "trading" option and everything will be fine. This was the only way to add a storage option

When CK/geck comes out, I'll try to change it to something better.

UPDATE 1.3:


Personal craft vertiberds and craft air support vertiberds now have higher material cost. This was done on request, so that it would not be so

cheating/cheapness at creation.


The PCV now has a helipad for your vertibirda. Create one in Resources>Bowls.


Helicopter pad serves as a marker for quick travel (you can only have one such pad per settlement). The vertibird will land right on it every time.

if nothing prevents it. You'll probably want to put the floor down or something so she can sit down. She can get on the ground, but the collision won't be good. If you put a floor, etc. under it, it's perfect.

After installation, make sure that the "pcv" folder with nif "PVHelipad01.nif" is in the data/meshes folder.

The game now features a personal crafted air support vertiebird. Find and build them through a special workshop, as well as personal vertiberds.

These air support vertiberes will fly and protect your settlements!

Now there are settler-appointed furniture from Vertibird, Stingray and ufo, which acts in the same way as scavenger stations. After you put them down and appoint a settler.

the settler will "work" on the aircraft (welding) and so on.


You can find them in Resources > Miscellaneous.

The chemical station also has new grenades that cause airlift, so you can use them while traveling.

Notes:


This vertibird is configured to ignore combat and invulnerability, thus it acts as a transport.

Just find a place to build, big enough for a vertibird, and build.


NOTE: If you place a quick move marker (workshop>resources>target) in the place where you want to plant the vertibird, it will land

as close to this place as possible.


To bring a companion: hover over it and select > on the vertiberde and it will fly with you.


If you don't know how to get inside yet, open the map and click on the travel location to start flying there.


Known Issues:

There are no pilots, so consider it an automated vertibird. You will be in the slot machine gunner. (We are working on adding pilot and co-pilot).


If you have a problem when the vertibird is knocked off course (forgets where it's going), open the map and click the location again. This corrects the situation. 

Same if vertibird begins to cut off the land or objects.


This opens up completely new possibilities for modders to create new flying machines! Enjoy it :)
