Character Customization - Permanent Face Paint and Tattoos
About This Mod
Adds a bunch of facial paints to the character setup screen without replacing vanilla options. Also includes my hair and skin color mod, because they both make changes to race.
Since my texturing skills hardly exceed non-existent ones, most of these face drawings were made by other fashion authors. Texture files are enabled (with permission) because I had to change the names and put them in a different folder so they don't replace vanilla. Please download their fashions to support them, as without them all the work I have done to understand how to add facial paints would be useless.
If you think that a face coloring mod should be included in the game, which I don't have yet, feel free to suggest it here. DON'T WORRY THE FASHION AUTHOR IN QUESTION. Spam directed at them will likely only enrage them and deny them a chance to consent. As long as you ask me to turn on the mod, and I ask them, they'll only get one message each about it.

Permission: Since most of the assets in this fashion are borrowed from others, asking me is pointless. If you want to use an asset (for example, for a fashion companion), ask the author of the relevant fashion and check its permissions.

1) Incompatible with mods that change a person's race.
