About This Mod

This is the player's pre-war home in pristine condition.


You might be wondering why a player's house should look so perfect, while the rest of Sanctuary has gone nuclear in 200 years?  Well, because... Codsworth.



There are 2 versions of this mod, the Min version and the Max version.


In Min's version, Codsworth faithfully renovates the house, keeping it intact, but does not engage in either yard or housekeeping.


The Min version makes the minimum necessary to turn the player's house in Sanctuary into a pre-war version. If you want to deal with garbage and heaps yourself (using Spring Cleaning or other mod), select the Min file.


In the Max version, Codsworth conscientiously maintains the house in its pristine condition and removes debris and debris.


The Max version does the same as the Min version, and also removes all trash, piles of leaves, debris, and vines in a single cell containing the player's house.  


If you want all of these things to be deleted (only in this single cell), select a Max file.



This mod was designed to do one thing only: flip the player's house into its pre-war version.


The esp for the Min version removes ONLY 1 trash label in 1 cell and nothing else. There's no chance he'll turn all the supermutants into kittens or cause other unforeseen effects. Well, there's almost no chance. Few meshes and textures are all pre-war versions of walls and items in the player's pre-war home.


In the esp for the Max version, ONLY debris decals, edges, tile debris, heaps of leaves and liana in the 1 Shelter slot containing the player's home are removed. Multiple grids and textures are the same as in Min.1.0
