About This Mod

4k and 2k retextures of all leather gear using photos of real leather. We strive for realism and a single aesthetic, while adhering to a fairly close to the vanilla color scheme. Yes, by default they are shinier than vanilla - only raw, untreated skin is as smooth as vanilla textures. This is a fundamental part of the fashion, not a mistake. However, for those who want to get a less brilliant version, there are alternative maps available in additional files.
All types of leather armor are included in the fashion, as well as longjohns, raiders' leather, sabotage and road leather. I reworked all the speculation maps to mimic the high shine/low shine of real leather, and also polished some metallic parts. There are also black versions of armor and straps.
There are some good leather mods on Nexus, but none of them seemed to go well together. This was the idea of this fashion - to make all the leather things in the game combined with each other and did not look strange.
Every effort was made to adhere to vanilla styles, but at the same time to make sure that each variety stood out on its own. So, the mod "braced" (above) emphasizes the line, boiled armor has a new map of speculation to emphasize its motley skin, etc. The spiked armor was modified to make the metal pieces really stand out and shine. The "processed" mod is inspired by Japanese lacquered armor and has a glossy and rainbow finish (bottom. Think of the samurai armor. There is also an additional file to make the shadow armor more matte, for maximum stealth.
The gear was remade from leather to match the brown color of the defaulted armor, and the road and raider's leather are battered and worn, and tuned to match the shadow armor. Also now there is a grease jacket and Atom Cat jacket (top).
INSTALLATION:
Choose which option you want to use, 2k or 4k. If you need less brilliant cards, install them after. They work with all sizes. If you change the size, reinstall them after you're done.
Fully compatible with CBBE, Bodyslide and any other mesh mods. I strongly recommend you get my Leather Armor bugfix - Vanilla and CBBE to fix the bug with your right hand. Also see the Denim and Leather for Cait to make the corset match this set.
