To install:
Extract the textures folder into the Fallout 4 folder. Typically located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4
Open the Fallout4.ini file (the file labeled Fallout4) in the Documents/My Games/ Fallout4 folder
Find the line that says: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
And replace it with: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
