About This Mod

Strange noises and terrible monsters crawl out from unknown parts of the luminous sea. Would you dare to face the madness and horror lurking beneath the shining sea? Poison gas, vile ghouls, Atom fanatics and other mad creatures are searching for your flesh in the dark underworld that exists beneath the glowing sea. Hades' world is not for the faint of heart. Are you strong and courageous enough to reach the farthest corners of the underworld and find the great city of Elysium?

This modification adds more than 45 new locations in and under the glowing sea. More loot. More fun. More emotion.


Interesting facts about Aida:

Small tunnels lead to locations between rivers. All new locations branch off from one or more of these rivers. These "rivers" are large systems of tunnels that run beneath the Shining Sea. They are named after three rivers of the underworld in Greek mythology. Elysium and Necropolis, inaccessible from the surface, are the points of rapid travel to Hades.


From the author.

Due to the growing demands on our personal lives and the current situation in the world, we cannot complete this mod. We discussed this as a team and agreed that the remaining developers (Baerthe and Crypt) are the best development option for the project.

From today we open the rights to mod and release the final update under the license CC BY-NC 4.0. We stop active development. This means that you can freely release your own updates, patches, extensions, whatever, provided you trust us directly and do not commercially use what we have created in this fashion. Thanks for the fun. We hope to see you back in the community when we decide to make another mod for another game, and when time allows.

This mod is currently in the final beta. All content is modded, but may contain errors.


Added:

Necropolis is no longer a settlement.

The entire swamp zone (several locations).

The area of giant trees.

Several new underground locations.

A lot has been added, many bugs have been fixed. Please report bugs. - Changed radiation exposure in Lethe.

- "Atomic fanatic" has been redesigned, new variants and level settings have been added depending on the player's level (minimum level 60).

- Reworked demons: their bullet resistance is weakened but balanced to make them more dangerous. New features such as nests where demon larvae are born, as well as meat and demon eggs with recipes for creating hypers;

- Modified hypers will now be useful to enhance experience in later stages of the game, donating health to increase the amount of opium produced;

- New faction "Inhabitants of the marshes". Multiple level options and a new weapon characteristic of this faction (minimum level 50).

- New faction "Miner Bots" with four variants, which are randomly placed by Southrock mine thugs (this requires the addition of Automatron).

- Lots of new locations and legends added to them, some of which are unique to this game (some of them do not yet have screenshots)

- Swamps EXPANDED (an old Crypt mod) was integrated with this mod, and the new locations were redesigned for the Swamp Dwellers faction.
