About This Mod

NOTE: The new 1.5 update appears to be causing various UI mod issues, and this error is likely to recur in Far Harbor as it is likely to include new icons. Renaming/deleting hudmenu.swf and examinemenu.swf to Data\Interface\ should fix this with all the changes made to your UI until the UI mod creator updates its mod.

I no longer use the user interface, so I don't know if I will update it for Far Harbor, as I would suggest doing the above or switching to a more regularly updated user interface mod. Maybe I'll update it though.

A quick fix to the CTD bug introduced by Automatron (usually when using UI mods) - when traveling to County Crossing (and presumably wherever the Lair card token may appear on the compass - areas of East Boston, etc.), the game flies out of the CTD. Apparently, this is due to the fact that the icon of a mini-market appears on the compass - at least I have (why - I have no idea, perhaps it is a special magic Gamebryo Magic™).

This mod changes the icon to the Vault icon, which fixes the problem for me. I hope it will help you too, because otherwise I have no idea what's going on.

It affects nothing else - only this single entry of the quick move token, so it should be compatible with anything that does not affect it (probably nothing).

If the tokens on the card are not placed correctly after installation, make sure you put this mod BEFORE other card mods in the boot order (thank you mystera99!).

Made with FO4Edit, however it is worth noting that even FO4Edit is in its early stages, so any mod that is not just a replacement for texture/mesh, even one as small as this, can irreparably break your game. Please don't sue me.

EDIT: According to the VlitS comments, most crashes are caused by UI modes (some people report that they occur even without UI modes). However, this is a good workaround if you do not want to use the standard UI until the mod you are using is updated.

Note that this means that this mod is not needed if you are not already experiencing a crash problem - although if you have a modified hudmenu.swf file (in data/interface/ - or if you are using a mod manager that does not install mods directly, if any of your mods are adding it to their files) and it has not been updated by the author to fix the crash, you can be sure you need it until it does.

UPDATE: According to dal100, multiactivatemenu.swf also causes an error.
