Vault Girl Laura is a fully voiced companion with a perk

Due to a large number of bugs and glitches in this fashion, it was passed on to another modder Nexus for further development and correction. Therefore, no further support can be provided, and I would recommend that no one download this mod until it is reissued by another modder. *** IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ERROR MESSAGES / VANILLA QUEST PROBLEMS ***

Due to the increasing number of error messages related to broken random vanilla quests, as well as other recurring errors, I am discontinuing support for this mod. Currently I am working on a new companion that will be more thoroughly tested, will be debugged on the fly and should not contain even a small fraction of the number of errors like Laura.

Laura is my first companion and I know that there are many conflicts and unresolved warnings everywhere, so debugging becomes almost impossible for me, I'm not a professional modder, I do it only in my spare time. I apologize to everyone who has problems, I understand that it should be frustrating, but then it is the same for me. This mod is offered "as is", so if you have serious problems, it is best to remove it.

My new companion will be released in the new year. Thank you for understanding.

I'd like to introduce you to Laura, a British vault girl who ended up in Diamond City waiting for someone to show her excitement. Laura is my first full-fledged mod for an independent companion, so I spent a lot of time on it - below are some of the features that you can find in this fashion:

Laura is voiced by British voice actress Emily Linard with lip syncing.

She can trade with you, share her thoughts when asked, and fight as a professional - melee weapons and energy weapons ready!

You can strengthen the bond with Laura by doing what she likes, such as breaking locks. Reach a high enough level of intimacy and get a new perk!

Is the terminal too complex to hack? Ask Laura! She will gladly unlock any terminal she can.

Lives in his own criminal gang, as well as in Diamond City - so do not wage a medieval war with its inhabitants!

Makes random comments depending on where your character is placed - including Super Duper Mart, Pickman Gallery, and more.

All comments, thoughts and dialogs are 100% unique to Laura - no reworking of other NPC dialogs!

Even your own character (whether male or female) will be voicing questions during the conversation! No silent nods, etc.

Note that the affinity system in Laura is not 100% complete - you'll get affinity by doing the right thing to impress it, but it won't start talking to you when you reach the right levels. But when you reach the Lover stage, you will receive her special perk, which gives you additional damage from a plasma weapon (like her), as well as additional damage resistance in a Vault Suit suit. I'll be working on affinity dialogs in a later issue, so please bear with me - scripting isn't the easiest!

PLEASE PLEASE report errors if you find them. I tested everything I could, and as far as I can tell, everything is fine. If you like traveling with Laura, please leave comments! I've attached some videos so you can hear how it sounds.

Please note that the Azar Ponytail Hairstyles mod is a must-have for work, as Laura's hair is taken from this mod. You will be prompted to download it during installation.
