About This Mod
GrimTech mod safe version: the budget of the settlement is high o and this mod is basically two .txt files, the target console command is used as a bat file. If that's not clear enough, check out the wiki. One increases the budget, the other reduces it. Doesn't increase. They freeze the agent value in the target workshop at a specific value. Like all setav commands, the game engine ignores changes to this value. If you do this with the player's actor value, it will also be frozen - try player.setav charisma 8. In the workshop, this basically means that it causes problems in the form of hangs and crashes. Then create this empty BudgetBar. INSTALL: Download the archive, unzip it and copy it to the Fallout 4 DATA folder. There you will find all .ba2 files.
