Quieter settlements

In the "Quiet Settlements" the volume of generators, turrets and other sounds of settlements is reduced. Choose different volume for different sounds. Most sounds have the following volume options: Original, 50%, 25%, 10% (recommended), Quiet.

Changed sounds:

- Generators

- Tourelles

- Hammer

- Water purifiers

- Synthesis generators

- Conveyors

- Bunkers

- Heating machine

- Builders

- Sorters

June 24th, 2016 v0.30 Update:

"Version 0.30 was redesigned by converting the mode to Fallout 4 plugin (.esp), and now it is faster and easier to update than in the previous method, and most importantly, the file size has been significantly reduced. It was made using only Creation Kit and should be compatible with console players.

Anyone using 0.10 or 0.20 should completely remove these versions before downloading the game. This can be done before or after installing 0.30" - CAPGames

(CAPGames hinted at an interesting addition to this fashion that he might be able to work on, and it made me genuinely happy with the upcoming academic break to try everything myself. Stay tuned!)

Mod Organizer 2 users:

Problems with installing MO2 must be resolved at this point, although there have been reports in the past that the installer was hanging during the installation process. Setting the Fomod Installer plug-in to "Prefer: False" in Settings > Tools during installation is reported to help resolve this issue. You can return "True" after installation. Thank you to Destynova99 for discovering and resolving this issue.

Compatibility Notes:

This mod was made by creating different volume versions of the corresponding .xwm and .wav sound files. FO4snip was not used. I don't create compatibility patches for other mods for two reasons: First, adding a sound to this mod takes a surprisingly long time, and second, if a mod uses a custom sound, then that sound is not my property to modify and republish it. If a fashion author wants to work with me on a compatibility patch for this fashion, I'm ready to chat with him.
