About This Mod
I am very proud of this small settlement, so I decided to share it with those who may need it. There is absolutely nothing bizarre about this settlement/house for players - it has enough food, water and protection to make the 7 settlers who come with it when they buy it happy.
At first, I had no idea what could be built on London Bridge at all, and then I thought, "Why don't I build my house under it?" Thus began the long, annoying process of constructing the player's house and the peasant quarters under the bridge.
In the player's house there is almost everything necessary for storing things and a balcony with a view of the Tower Bridge (sorry that the LOD's suck). It can be extended if desired. I'll do that later, but for now I'm happy with what is :)
How to install:
Please install Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints and its requirements first. Then, while in the game, use the holo-recording Transfer Settlements (you may have to make it at the chemical station) - we strongly recommend you to read the instructions on "Import settlements" on this fashion page.
