About This Mod
I was going to make a house mod for a player for Thames, but I found that he literally is, and the quest to get him is just broken. This mod does not fix this, as I assume that it will be officially resolved in the update. Now you can just walk to the door, open your in-game console, tap on it and type "unlock" (no quotes) to enter. But it's just a black box room with zero amenities.
This mod adds necessary features such as:
Power supply (same as the one you get for your home plate in the Diamond City in the vanilla game)
Bed (in case you do not have the materials to make it yourself, it can be moved/cleaned, etc., like any other usual object of settlement).
Various workbenches (I thought, will it be OP and will not give the Perc local leader, but the market already has workbenches, and given that this is an inner settlement where you can not use settlers, it balances it. Also, I want to actually do the craft in this game, I've done a couple of passes, and this part of the game may also not exist with how uncomfortable they have done workbenches).

v2 - This is my first experience with settlements, so I am still learning the basics, but now I have to properly configure all the keywords so that all workbenches have a common inventory, as in vanilla settlements.
