About This Mod
I was not happy with the current Fallout : London Pip-Boy card, to my taste, it was too dark and fuzzy. I quickly edited it today to make it look better.
Installation: Extract to the Fallout 4 GOTY folder (where DLC London is installed). It should look like this.
"C:\Games\Fallout 4 GOTY\Data\Textures\Interface\Pip-Boy\LondonWorld.DDS»
Note: This was a quick edit, since I had just started playing this DLC, I noticed that there are still DDS card files in the "LondonWorldSpace - Textures13.ba2" folder, but I don't know what they are for yet.
In case you want to try it yourself:
Using the FO4Edit browser (CTRL+F3) I extracted the file "LondonWorld.DDS" from "LondonWorldSpace - Textures13.ba2".
Imported a DDS file into GIMP (you can use any DDS-enabled photo editing application), increased contrast, added a greenish color, added a terminal effect, and various other effects with GIMP.
Exported it using NVIDIA Texture Tools Exporter 2024 to BC1 (DXT1) with mipmaps.
Maybe I'll experiment with these maps, but let's see.
