About This Mod

Legend.

This unique truck, originally built in the Soviet Union, was purchased by the Scandinavian company Norland for personal use. It was intended to be used as a prototype test platform on which any additional test module could be installed in the most remote locations. The project was so successful that Norrland Heavy Industries RnD was awarded a contract to produce a small number of these trucks and sell them to other organizations. They can thus be obtained in any region.


Gameplay

These heavy S.U.V.s can bend strongly, especially at higher obstacles, due to the relatively small track width and high minimum ground clearance. They are not designed to crawl on rocks. However, they more than compensate for this by doing a good job with the soft terrain (mud/swamp), and can be used as heavy reconnaissance, rescue/service or truck. Some adjustment to the rear steering may be necessary. Users should be careful when driving at high speeds, as a small steering wheel turn can result in a serious accident.


Custom add-on functionality does not yet work in the game (PoweredConstraints / external ui items), so custom radar add-ons are not currently available.
