The font has been changed to standard

Added low fuel icon

Added corruption warning icon

Added corruption stop icon

Added low air pressure warning icon

Added cruise control memory icon

Added percentage of remaining fuel/AdBlue;

Added ETA indicator (estimated arrival time). Hides if time is not available (e.g. no delivery, no navigation);

Added indicator of rest time, which will be hidden if the fatigue option is disabled;
