About This Mod

The mod aims to improve navigation, make city names more authentic, and structure the game world to make it more believable.


This large-scale project aims to bring the entire map of the game to a single, accurate and visually understandable standard for displaying cities and settlements.

The names of cities have been completely reworked and harmonized to achieve maximum accuracy, comprehensibility and realism.


- All cities are now displayed using modern official names.

— When you activate the option "additional city names" in the game settings, you will be able to see the original city names marked [*].

— Arabic and other unsupported names are replaced with standardized Latinized versions.

- Fixed obsolete or incorrect historical names.

- Too long names are replaced by clear and widely used abbreviations.


- Currently available translations into English and Russian.

- If your language is not yet supported, generally accepted international names or transliteration are used as an alternative.


— The name of the city and the size of the badge now depend on the real world population!

- Extensive, up-to-date demographic data for almost every locality in the base game and most popular map modifications were collected.

- Capitals and megacities are now more prominent, while smaller cities are displayed more modestly.


— In densely populated areas, small towns disappear when scaled down to keep the map clean and understandable.

- Zoom in to see them again.


- More cities are now available for quick movement and job search without visiting.

- Included all capitals, major cities and strategic centers from popular map modifications.


Single standard for ALL card modifications:

— Regardless of the map combination you use, Census guarantees a consistent, predictable and accurate view of all cities.
