About This Mod

This mode randomizes all spells, weapons, armor, ashes, tears and accessories in CER (partial randomization can be set in the configuration file). No other changes are taking place. The mode uses the run-time ID modification and supports CER 2.13. If you can't download it from this site, go here: https://github.com/hhhxiao/SimpleCERItemRamdomizer. Simple CER Item Randomiser Introduction - This mod randomizes all spells, weapons, armor, ashes, tears and accessories in CER (partial randomization can be configured in the configuration file). Otherwise, there is no change. This mode uses runtime ID replacement and supports CER 2.13. ## User Guide The existing archive contains a short image showing the configuration procedure. - Edit CER config_eldenring.toml and add the full path to SCIR.dll in the external_dlls section. - Edit SCIR_config.json and enter any seed value between 0 and 2^31-1. - Run the game and enjoy. - When you start the game in the directory where the dll is located, the file ramdom_list_{seed}.txt will be created, which will specify the rules for replacing the ID. This mode does not randomize key items, so there will be no obstacles to progress. The only purpose of this file is to check it if you really want to get certain weapons/magic. Don't try to do that if you don't have to.
