Preset Guts - The Black Swordsman
About This Mod
This mod is a compilation of other mods to make Berserk's guts a starting class.
Note: This mod replaces the Vagabond starting class, so make sure to select it when starting a new game.
I strongly recommend installing Transmogrify Armour mod before installing my mod. My fashion changes the look of the Tramp's kit, so any other armor will break it. 😅
Installation.
Make sure you have ModEngine2 installed. Put the catalog in the perfect place where you won't forget it.
Make sure that Smithbox is installed and put the directory in the ideal location (DSMapStudio and Yapped are not working now because of the DLC version, so run launchermod_eldenring.bat (I recommend putting it in the Modengine folder).
After installation, download my files and unzip them anywhere.
Open the mod folder in the ModEngine2 directory. If the mod is not installed and you cannot find the file "regulation.bin", select the entire contents of my file and drag it to the folder "mods".
If you have other mods installed and there is already a regulation.bin file in the mods folder, you will need to open Smithbox and merge my regulation.bin file with the existing regulation.bin file. Otherwise, dragging my regulation.bin file into a folder without a proper merge will overwrite and/or remove the existing mod.
How to merge regulation.bin
Open the Smithbox application.
If you don't already have a project, download or create a new project and give it any name.
In the upper left corner there is a tab to switch between editors; find Param Editor and click on it.
Then on the right side there are a number of blue tabs: Merge Params and click on it to bring up the drop down menu.
Then click the Upload File button, import my regulation.bin file, and click the Merge button.
Top left > File > Save all changed settings.
You're all set now. 👍
