About This Mod
Finger Leader Enya, the Round Table hold, can now duplicate the Memory. This is done for those who do not want to pass NG+ to get all items and spells.
Now you can duplicate Remembrance in Finger Leader Enia, Round Table Hold.
- If you do not have other mods: Copy/cut the 'script' and 'msg' folders in the ModEngine2 'mods' folder.
- If you have other fashions.
- Copy/cut the script and msg folders in the ModEngine2 mods folder, or merge them into existing folders.
* The process of opening and merging files other than Regulation.bin is more complicated, so we recommend watching the tutorial video. I found this playlist useful.
** Working with scripts is also difficult. Currently, tools such as esdtool and ESDStudio cannot properly open the latest versions of games. To work with scripts, take the previous version (1.10) of the regulation.bin file from here and put it in the game directory before trying to open the script in ESDStudio. Also read about modifying event scripts.
Compatibility.
This mod does not make any changes to the regulation.bin file, but it does change the following files:
- /script/talk/m11_10_00_00.talkesdbnd.dcx (add 1 line to m11_10_00_00_00 Roundtable Hold/ t102001110 Finger Reader Enia)
- /msg/engus/item_dlc02.msgbnd.dcx (element text/ring, ID: 6111)
- /msg/engus/menu_dlc02.msgbnd.dcx (menu text/EventTextForTalk, ID 21020006)
Therefore, if you use other mods that modify these files, copying this mod to MODEngine2 will overwrite the previous one and may disrupt the gameplay.
Notes.
- Duplicating memories is a cunning technique, but the alternatives I consider (e.g. adding more sanctuaries) are more complicated and are beyond my current knowledge. However, to destroy most of the sanctuaries in any case is not too difficult.
