About This Mod
The way I saw on YouTube was to eliminate the intermittent stutter and low performance of Elden's ring. I made the mod to make it easier to use.
During the game you will often experience intermittent stutter and low fps,
Many methods have been tried on the Internet, but to no avail.

After I tried this method, the intermittent stutter and poor game performance really disappeared.
I don't know why the CPU allocation in the game itself isn't good?
(I don't know the principle, but AMI found it useful in testing the game)
However, this method seems to be quite time-consuming to use, as it requires you to configure it manually each time you start the game. That's why I made it a fashion. Once this mode is set, the game is not manually configured each time, but automatically adjusts the proximity of the processor after startup.
For this mode: I'm not sure this method is really correct and effective. I tested my game (not much test data) and it works great,
This method may not be applicable to anyone and is only published here as an optional solution.
In this mode there is no complex logic and algorithms. It just works faster. You can view the source code in an additional file.
