About This Mod

Complete rebalancing of the Elden ring.

Based on my other fashion "Talismans Rebalanced". Looking at the parameters, I found it logically strange that using a staff is worth stamina.


Most mascots in the game are buffoonish, some are quite small, others are many.

Most spells either have a slightly reduced mana cost, reduced endurance cost, or both.

Wands and seals that reinforce certain types of spells now have more power.

Most sources of poison are now buffnuts and give more dmg.

Exiques decomposition now yields slightly more dmg than conventional decomposition.




I'm not going to list a lot of changes that I've made, just know that pretty much any build will become stronger and more resilient with this fashion. Some builds will definitely become very powerful. I think it's going to be more fun.





This mod only replaces the regulation.bin file in the elden ring folder.

There will be a CSV file in the folder for mascot changes, but if you just want to use mod without merging, ignore it.


If you're not using a standalone launcher, you may receive corrupted messages when you open the game, or easyanticheat may flag them.

You should also be able to use the launcher for seamless cooperation.




If you are new to modding, please refer to the puppet guide.

1. open the file.

2. copy the regulation.bin file.

3. paste it into the hand ring folder and edit it.

4. make sure the game is open in the standalone launcher.
