Challenging chases
About This Mod
The chases, which began with howling, are now more complicated.
— Difficult chases.
* These changes apply to all difficulty levels in the game.
- All chase levels.
"If you get a virus near you, the chase level goes up by 4 points per second.
- If you are found to be a virus far away from you, the stalking level will increase by 2 points per second.
- If you are discovered by a howler, the stalking level increases by 1 point per second, both when it is near you and when it is 10 meters away.
- If the howler detects you and makes the howler scream, the pursuit level will increase by 3 points per second until the howler stops screaming.
- If the player leaves the line of sight during the chase, a new flyer will appear in 5 seconds.

- At 1st level, the number of virals following you varies from 3 to 5.
- As the level increases, the density increases and the reactivation wait time accelerates.
- If the player remains outside for 7 seconds, a high-intensity chase begins.
- If the player leaves the street and the high intensity is still active, it will act for another seven seconds.
- In the high-intensity mode, not one, but two Virals will sleep at the same time.

"They are more intense and have a faster cooling period before they are reactivated.
- If the player remains outside for 6 seconds, a high-intensity chase begins.
- If the player leaves the street and the high intensity is still on, it will last for another 8 seconds.
- In high intensity mode, not one but two Virals appear at the same time.
- Chase levels are increased if you score 175 points.
- If the player disappears for 25 seconds, the chase stops.
- To stop the pursuit, the player must remain in the safe zone or in UV light for 8 seconds.

- At level 2, the number of viruses being pursued is between 9 and 12.
- At this level, two flying animals may appear during the chase.

- If the player remains outside for five seconds, a high-intensity chase begins.
- If the player leaves the street, the high intensity will remain active for another 10 seconds.
- In the high-intensity mode, instead of two virals, three appear simultaneously.
- The chase level moves to the next level when 200 points are scored.
- The chase ends if the player disappears for 25 seconds.
- To stop the pursuit, the player must remain in the safe zone or in UV light for 10 seconds.

- The number of virals pursuing level 2 is 10-15 virals.
- You are always actively chased by four volars, a maximum of eight.
- The intensity level increases to a higher level (120 seconds), and the cooling time before re-activation (5 seconds) becomes faster.
- If the player remains outside for 10 seconds, a high-intensity chase begins.
- If the player leaves the street, the high intensity will remain active for another 10 seconds.
- In the high-intensity mode, instead of three virals, four appear simultaneously.
"The chase won't end until a safe zone is found.
- To stop the pursuit, you need to stay in the safe area or in ultraviolet light for 15 seconds.
