About This Mod
One of the things that makes me restart the game every time I finish the game and start NG+ is that my pawn comes back with 0 Affinity.
So, here, look at the affinity of your pawn (although I recommend using one of the best mods, such as Affinity Bar. It is enabled only so that you can see that it is updated correctly) and, most importantly, set it to the maximum.
You can find it in the menu of the reframe, in the section Script Generated UI -> 'Show/Set Max - Main Pawn Affinity'.
Your pawn will continue to display normally in the fault so that everyone can see, no need to worry.

Installed, like almost all mods, through Fluffy Mod Manager.
You'll need REFramework, which I recommend getting through Fluffy using the downloads section for the latest version.
You won't need to keep it installed if all you need is to set the pawn to maximum affinity, although it won't interfere with performance, so there's no reason to feel you should remove it.
