About This Mod

This mod includes and learns all the skills in the game with some exceptions. Goku's successive energy blast is still blocked for training to prevent a soft lock on the game's plot.


If you want to unlock all skills, including a sequential energy blast, set the mod after the first workout with Krillin.


There's a small problem with DLC: all the skills you get when you buy or as a reward for a quest will be blocked until you get that quest. (they will be next)


Plot restrictions have been removed from passive skills. However, if the model or animation does not exist to allow you to use it outside the plot, it will not allow you to use it. DLCs will also be next in the list to remove this restriction.


This does not apply to skills that replace the skill tree.


If you have found a skill that is not automatically unlocked: report it as DLC or story, character, skill, skill level, value remaining.


Known bugs: Supreme power, RPS: Rock, Body blow and Meteor smash remain deactivated. The cost is 0, so feel free to unlock them. I'm not sure why they don't activate automatically.
