(all of these files are archived, just extract them to the Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override directory)

Files from Skin Textures folders in the archive are also copied to Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override.

2. Put the file hm_malcolm.mor in the Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override directory.

Next, open toolset, click file>open file, and open the saved game you want to modify (make a backup of your saves just in case) in the My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Characters\savegame directory. The saved game must be in .das format. When you open this file you will see many horizontal columns.

Find the line SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR click on it. Then press SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_CHAR and finally press SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE. The last line in this structure looks like SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE_MORPH_NAME | STRING |. In an empty place on the right in this line we write hm_malcolm.

Saving file.

We go into the game and we see the face of malcolm.
