About This Mod
This mod removes almost all of the randomly generated Citizen Abilities bonuses from prey. For example, there will be no more persuasion on amulets and no more hacking on gloves. Telekinesis and Stealing can still appear on amulets and boots, respectively, as they have some minor combat value. It's not much fun to feel the need to play dressing up to maximize your bonuses, and civil bonuses often clog your prey.
