About This Mod
High Refresh Rate
Forces the game to use the highest refresh rate of your monitor instead of 60Hz. If you need a custom update frequency instead of the maximum, you can create the d3d11_refreshrate.ini file in the installation directory by specifying the desired update frequency (for example, "120" for 120 Hz).
High FPS
The default is 120 FPS to avoid physics glitches. You can configure the FPS limit using the d3d11_fps.ini file with the desired number. However, it is better to use the Nvidia or RTSS control panel to limit the frame rate of the game.
G-Sync
The game is now smooth as oil, with high refresh rate and high FPS.
Ultrawide
Some enemies may display a low frame rate at the edge of the screen. But this is not too distracting.
Larger FOV
Adds 25° on 16:9, 15° on 21:9 and 10° on 32:9 monitors. You can configure how many FOVs should be added using the d3d11_fov.ini file (for example, "0" will add nothing to FOV by default).
Skip intro
No more need to get flashes or waste precious time waiting that could be spent on the game.
INSTALLATION
Simply throw d3d11.dll into the Game folder where DarkSoulsIII.exe is located (right-click on the game in Steam: Manage > Brows Local Files > Game folder). Then run the game as normal.
To uninstall, simply delete the file.
