About This Mod

Dec 4 - Added two new optional files - one for compatibility with Hardcore 44 mod, and the other just reduces the recharging time of throwing knife to

the minimum value is 0 (actually it does not lead to literally 0 recharging time, there is still a very small delay, but it greatly reduces it).


A bug with infinite reloading appears to be a mod incompatibility with Hardcore 44: Realistic Combat Overhaul.


Thank you to gamexshark for finding this and providing the fix. See the sticky post for a fix or download the added version.


Otherwise the main mod seems to still work perfectly in version 1.61 and should work in version 1.6 - I tested in both versions.


Tired of waiting forever for your throwing knives to run out? No more! 


This mod removes the standard knife recovery time modifiers and instead uses a single recovery modifier (scalable depending on rarity) for all knife types and variants. The result is:

0.5 seconds legendary/iconic, 1 second epic, 1.5 seconds rare, 2.0 seconds extraordinary, 2.5 seconds ordinary.


For legendary and epic weapons, this means almost instantly removing the knife.


Maud also doubles the initial speed of throwing knives, which speeds them up a little (during the time-slowing effects it becomes slightly more noticeable).


Added two additional modes (additional files):

-One file for those who only need throwing speed.

-One file for the lighter version with less extreme cooldowns, also adds increased speed of the projectile flight.


Light version:

1.5 seconds legendary, 2 seconds epic, 2.5 seconds rare, 3 seconds unusual, 3.5 seconds ordinary.


Use only one version in the tweaks folder.


It should be compatible with most mods, including those that change other properties of knives:

Requirements:

RED4ext (1.8.0+)

TweakXL (latest version)


Installation:

Make sure you have upgraded to at least patch 1.6, but preferably to patch 1.61.

Make sure the above requirements are set 

Drop the unzipped folder r6 into the Cyberpunk 2077 folder
