About This Mod
It's certainly not the first fashion of its kind, but I've found that other modes change a lot more than I need, so I've made my own.
I wanted the game to be more or less vanilla, but I'm tired of waiting 15 seconds or so before I can press the space bar to continue.
Basically there are four sequences that occur before you get to the main menu:
Cyberpunk 2077 logo (cp_logo_intro_en.bk2) - remove it because it is otherwise not skipped.
CDPR and various logos and messages (cyberpunk2077_game_intro.bk2, etc.) have been removed since they are otherwise not allowed.
News broadcast video (intro_after_splash_screens.bk2) - left because it can be skipped using space.
The Cyberpunk 2077 "Breaching..." screen logo (splash_logo.bk2) - is left alone as it can be omitted using space or the launch option.
This mod only skips the first two, which cannot be skipped by a space.
For Steam you can also use some combination of these launch options if you want.
--launcher-skip -modded
skip the launcher and start the game with REDmod enabled (omit "-modded" if you don't want to enable REDmod). For GoG and Epic there should be similar launch options, but I don't know them.
-skipStartScreen
will skip the Cyberpunk 2077 "Breaching..." logo screen if you wish.
This was done with menu files from 2.0+, so I doubt it will work with older versions of the game.
