Install:
To change a character's hair color, you need to know which number (1-24) of hair color you have chosen for V.
Put only one .archive in the patch folder. Otherwise, the hair color of each NPC will change.
Extract .7z and place the .archive files in these folders. If the mod folder does not exist, create it yourself!
