FPSconfig for better performance

Changes:

Tonemapper, bloom, blur, dof and other heavy shaders are disabled.

Changed levels of detail, lighting, viewing distance, streaming, FPSconfig_withShadows:

The game can hang for about 3-5 seconds after loading the level, this is a normal process. Wait.

FPSconfig_NoShadows:

Your character may be invisible during character creation. Apply my mod after all the changes.

The temporary solution is to zoom out and wait for a few seconds, or load a previously saved customization.
