About This Mod
I was annoyed that you couldn't get to the highway at the beginning. So I did this little thing that starts you from all the stages up to Busy Town. These are basic road infrastructure, fire service, health care, including cemetery and so on. You understood the idea.
This means that you will get a cash boost at the beginning, but you will also have to provide all the basic utilities from the beginning.
