Passenger bypass station
About This Mod
The Bypass Passenger Station is a modified version of the in-game passenger railway station. It replaces part of the (extensive) car park with an underground railway bypass to which you can connect. The underground bypass is separated from the station track, and the goal is that you can connect it to your railway line so that trains can pass through the station and not be delayed by other trains waiting for passengers.
Bypass station has exactly the same game statistics (noise, power consumption, etc.) and size of the occupied area as the standard passenger station. I also added some random billboards near the car park. Cars will also use parking. I also added some trees between the tunnel mouths and the platform just for aesthetics.
I created this station mainly to save space, as I built bypass railway lines around all my passenger stations, and the station area is already quite large and contains a lot of parking spaces.
