Depot Capacity Changer v1.0
This mode allows you to easily change the capacity of vehicles in transit depots from the settings menu.
It includes the following buildings:
* Bus park
* Metro depot
* Taxi Depot
* Railway depot
* Tram depot
Enables up to 10x capacity increase.
